Appears to be a very nice sturdy chair. Time will tell how well it will hold up but the metal base hopefully will hold up better than plastic ones. When attaching the back to the base people seem to be having trouble, there is a simple solution. Put the seat upside down on the counter, let the seat back hang over the counter. Then you can loosely install the 2 screws towards the center of the chair leaving the back of the chair pushed away from the seat (first picture). After you get both screws started, tighten them down (alternating screws) until the rear of the seat back gets pushed down enough to get the next 2 screws started (second picture). Once they are started you can tighten all the screws down which pushes the seat back into position. (The holes are slotted some to allow the start of the screws when the back isn't perfectly aligned). Which makes assembly a lot easier than trying to hold the back in position to start all the screws!I will update this review if the chairs don't hold up in the future.Rolls good, comfortable, and we have two of themAfter using it for a month, I feel qualified to to review this product.Install: By myself, it took me a whopping 4 minutes to unwrap and install. You don't need instructions, it's self explanatory. There's no bag of 20+ screws. It's as easy as it can get for putting a chair together.Leather: Quality material, feels soft and warm, handles spills pretty well, nice bright white color.Legs: Very strong and sturdy, chrome looks goodWheels: Much better than most computer chairs I've used. These don't feel like they'll break. They also roll pretty well on hard wood floor and short carpet.Tilt: Works and still keeps the chair balancedSeating: The seat looks exactly like the picture. It doesn't bend at all and that's a good thing because it's armless. The chair is much sturdier this way. If you're looking for the back to bend back, then it's not the chair for you. However, the whole seat does tilt.Cushioning: It's not as soft as I'd like but it should be adequate for most people. I'm used to my previous chair where it's thick and cushions me like a pillow. This one is thinner and more modern in design aesthetic. It's a change and compromise I'm willing to take. Not as comfortable but less sweaty and easier to move around. This is a good quality chair that will last. The armless design is my preference but I know it trips some people up that are used to having an arm to lean or hold onto. Overall, I think this is a very good buy. However, at $140, I've seen better deals at Costco. The problem was that Costco's products are seasonal and it was available when I didn't need it. Price is the only reason I subtracted one star. I would have honestly given it 4.5 stars if it was possible. Shipping costs for this must be high as it is a fairly large box.The only thing is I wish they used better quality castors, kinda flimsy.Very nice office chairs. Super easy to put together. Love the Red Color. The seat and back are comfortable, look really nice, and the back is upright to promote good posture. Most of the chair was easy to assemble. However (!), attaching the back of the chair to the seat is really awkward. You have to push the back and the seat together, in an L shape to screw them together (ok that makes sense...). But you have to smush the back and seat cushioning together VERY tightly to get the 4 screw holes to line up. It really takes 2 people: one to hold cushions in place in the L with all their strength, and the other to do the screws. I ended up having to allow the back of the chair to not touch the seat part, i.e. keeping the back cushion still at a right angle but displaced out to the back of the chair an extra 2 inches. This means you're just attaching it with just 2 screws (using offset holes). Then I had to add an extra pillow to keep me forward in the chair. They really should modify the parts of the cushions where they come together to allow the screw holes to align with 1 person holding it. Oy vey. All that being said, the cushioning seems comfortable so far, so hopefully this chair will last.I have one just like this one. I liked it so much I reordered when I read the new one isn't "Bonded leather".The ole pealed.I wanted this for a small desk in my bedroom. It need it with no arms so I can push it all the way under my desk when not in use. I like that it can tilt back. The seat is not squishy but more firm. It's comfortable, though. I really wanted to buy local and be able to try the chair out before buying, but couldn't find anything even remotely close.Reading other reviews about the different shades of white, mine looks pure white. The cover feels very luxurious,...almost like real leather. Instead of buying a fabric covered chair which has to be shampooed, this one will be easy to wipe clean. I'm going to make a fabric cover for it for the summer.I am happy with my purchase.
